The Mercure Bankfield Hotel, Bradford, was getting caught up in their social media marketing and were, therefore, detracting their time and attention away from the sales work. In order to free up their time, and make them more efficient they got in contact with us!


We came up with a social media content marketing strategy which fit their individual brand, aims and events, as well as being able to engage with the local Bradford community and Bingley businesses. In engaging a social media management package with their Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest we were able to promote their events and encourage local businesses to use the meeting rooms.


We created a content marketing strategy to help achieve the strategy, curating different types of content; to provide structure and consistency so the sales team knew the brand was being seen and promoted efficiently online.

In taking social media marketing off their hands and using it efficiently, the sales and events team were able to focus completely on their sales activity, and were, therefore, to increase the hotel’s revenue. Their social media analytics and engagement results were staggering, keeping their social media activity in a regular rhythm and providing them with consistency, rather than darting between social media posts and pages.
